Once a breathtaking masterpiece in her prime, Juliette had endured a myriad of injustices over the years. Each mark and blemish on her surface whispered a tale of neglect, vividly captured in the photograph I took upon her arrival at my doorstep. Yet, that was all about to change with a transformation on the horizon.
Juliette, a now one-of-a-kind piece features her original stunning figured walnut veneer, filled with rich tones and textures. Her every detail has been meticulously stripped, hand-sanded, and treated, ensuring both beauty and protection.
A touch of contemporary sophistication was introduced with Fusions Coal Black Mineral Paint applied to her interior walls and base. Also to a select portion of her exterior veneer.
Inside her rear wall, an elegant fabric in gold, jade, and black was adhered. Harmonizing together with the rich grain of her wood and the bold black detailing. To elevate further, multi-colored remote-controlled lighting was added creating a captivating ambiance that would transform any space.
Juliette is not merely furniture; she is a statement of style and sophistication and a bow to the very era in which she was created - the perfection that was Art Deco.
